The Valley of Portland invites Scottish Rite members and qualified Masonic brethren to attend a Thursday Night at the Rite Watch Party, hosted at the Portland Masonic Temple, located at 415 Congress Street in Portland, Maine. This gathering offers an opportunity to come together in fellowship while viewing a Scottish Rite degree presentation broadcast as part of the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction’s Thursday Night at the Rite series.
The watch party will take place on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Join the Rite Night will begin at 7:30 PM with a viewing of the 4° degree, followed by the Thursday Night at the Rite broadcast at 8:00 PM. The featured presentation for the evening is the 11° degree, Sublime Master Elected, which explores the consequences of violating public trust and highlights the core value of Integrity. The Valley of Portland is honored to be the Valley that conferred the degree being presented.
Thursday Night at the Rite is a program of the Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, featuring professionally recorded degree presentations from Valleys across the jurisdiction. These broadcasts allow members to continue their Masonic education while sharing a collective experience with brethren both locally and throughout the region. This presentation is part of the current Thursday Night at the Rite season.
Attendance is intended for Scottish Rite members and Master Masons who are eligible for Scottish Rite participation. This event is a watch party only and does not constitute a degree conferral. Light snacks and beverages will be available during the evening.
